Sam, "my Aesthetics partner in crime!"

When Sam was young, I always knew he had so much potential and that he would achieve great things in life.

He started his NHS journey as a ward clerk, then progressed to becoming a Nursing Associate working in the Emergency Department. Alongside his NHS career, Sam developed a real passion for aesthetics and worked hard to complete his aesthetics training.

And now, I couldn’t be prouder to say that he has secured funding to complete his BSc in Nursing — another incredible step forward in his journey.

Sam has faced one of life’s most heartbreaking losses, losing his mum, my beautiful sister, at just 40 years old. Despite the pain and challenges that followed, he never gave up. He kept going, kept working towards his goals and continued to believe in himself.

That resilience makes me incredibly proud.

And anyone who knows Sam will know exactly what I mean when I say that people just love him. His personality, his kindness, his humour and the way he connects with people make him so special.

Sam, watching you grow from that young boy I always believed in, to the man you are today, has been such a privilege.

Keep believing in yourself, keep pushing forward and never forget just how far you’ve come.
