Great news – I’m expanding with two lovely new locations in Hatch End and Chorleywood where I can offer in person Reiki.

I’ll be working in Hatch End on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons if you fancy a bit of rest, relaxation and recharge.

Hatch End is within walking distance of the station and free parking available too.

I have more flexibility on times in Chorleywood especially for evenings and weekends.

You definitely need a car to get to the venue but I can promise you won’t be disappointed if you’re looking for a quiet location where you’ll be serenaded by birdsong.

One minute you’re fine. Next minute something has triggered you—and you’re not sure why.

Here’s a tip to help you regain control. Breathe. A slow, mindful breath helps your nervous system to reset and regain balance. It works even better if you make the exhale longer than the inhale.

If your body feels tight all the time, read this.

A lot of physical tension isn’t just physical.

It’s built-up stress, pressure, or emotion that hasn’t been released.

Your body holds onto it until it feels safe enough to let it go.

That’s why stretching or rest doesn’t always fully fix it.

You need something that helps your system actually switch off.

Try this simple technique: take 3 slow breaths and notice what shifts.

Are you the one who keeps everything together?

You handle things. You stay calm. You get on with it.

But that often means there’s no space for you to fully let go, no time for you.

Over time, that builds up in your body - even if you don’t notice it straight away.

And eventually, something needs to release.
