You will notice how the body connects to the mind & through stretching alone, you can reduce stress & anxiety. Summer classes update:

No classes for the month of July.
Tuesday morning 10 -11 Tideswell Community Hall resumes on 5th August.
Thursday morning Buxton 10 - 11.30 The Yoga Den Buxton resumes 7th August
New starters welcome - contact me for more information.
Tuesday evening 7.15 - 8.45 at The Yoga Den resumes September 2nd.
In the meantime, Yoga with Heidi and I are running workshops. Cost is £20.
