Back to my why

I’ve taken a step back recently and realised something important 💫

Somewhere along the way, I drifted a little from the reason I started this page in the first place. This space was always meant to be about self-love, mindfulness, and finding small moments of peace in everyday life 🤍

Along my journey, I’ve also been lucky enough to train in Reiki and Indian head massage, (and mindfulness for children) which I absolutely love sharing with you ✨… But I never want this space to feel like it’s JUST about that.

My heart has always been in helping you reconnect with yourself, to feel, to accept and to LOVE YOURSELF

So I’m coming back to that. Back to self-love and acceptance. And everything else I offer will always come from that place 🫶
