Sorry to say it but there is no such thing as a quick fix when it comes to health and fitness..... It takes 1)time, 2)dedication, 3)organisation and some 4) sacrifices.....it's not always going to be easy but as long as you lean by the little glitches,and go back to the 1-4 list you will succeed.
It is going to be hard.... If it was'nt you would have already done it by now.... But however when you (DO) achieve your goals, you will appreciate what you have accomplished more... Knowing all of the hard work you have put in and that you pushed your self and did not give up .... So stop looking for that button.... It don't exist. Focus your energy on starting to achieve your goals the healthy way ... Eat clever ... Eat clean ....
