Sorry to say it but there is no such thing as a quick fix when it comes to health and fitness..... It takes 1)time, 2)dedication, 3)organisation and some 4) sacrifices.....it's not always going to be easy but as long as you lean by the little glitches,and go back to the 1-4 list you will succeed.

It is going to be hard.... If it was'nt you would have already done it by now.... But however when you (DO) achieve your goals, you will appreciate what you have accomplished more... Knowing all of the hard work you have put in and that you pushed your self and did not give up .... So stop looking for that button.... It don't exist. Focus your energy on starting to achieve your goals the healthy way ... Eat clever ... Eat clean .... "Rowing Challenge Alert!

Boost your cardiovascular fitness with just 5 minutes, 2-3 times a week. Here's how:

1. Set a timer for 5 minutes and row as hard as you can.
2. Note the distance you've covered (in meters) - set the resistance level to whatever works best for you!
3. Repeat this 2-3 times a week, aiming to beat your previous distance each time.

In 30 days, you'll be amazed at how much further you'll get. As your fitness improves, you'll cover more ground in the same 5 minutes. Track your progress and crush your goals! πŸ’ͺ

Here's the revised version:

That holiday photo last October was a reality check 😳. I'd taken a break from my fitness career, and my lifestyle had shifted in ways I hadn't noticed. My fitness had slipped, unhealthy habits had crept in, and I was feeling the effects – weight gain, low energy, and constant illness πŸ€’. But that photo sparked something in me. I wanted to feel strong, confident, and healthy again. So, I rebuilt my routine, body, and mindset – at my own pace. It wasn't easy, and it took a few attempts, but I was kind to myself throughout the process. What a difference 5 months have made! Dropping from a size 16 to a size 8 πŸš€.
