Learners on our Mind and Body Leadership Programme are absolutely storming ahead, they are so enthusiastic and cannot wait to be delivering our programme either in their community or workplaces.

Our learner programme is delivered over 20 hours in person with an additional 5 hours online support. At the same time as a 5 week MBW wellbeing sessions delivered.

They are learning by observing, doing and practice, practice practice.

🌬️ ASCEND IN AWARENESS: THE BREATH OF COURAGE 🌬️

As we approach Pentecost, we are reminded of a powerful truth: courage begins where fear ends.

In the Pentecost story, the disciples moved from uncertainty and fear into confidence, purpose, and inspired action. Across many traditions, breath is seen as Spirit, Life Force, Qi, Prana – the energy that connects and sustains all life.

Join us for a gentle guided meditation where we will explore:

✨ Breath as a source of courage and inner strength
✨ Releasing fear, anxiety, and self-doubt
✨ Cultivating peace through forgiveness
✨ Deepening faith in ourselves, one another, and life itself
✨ Creating harmony within so that we can bring harmony into the world

This session is open to everyone and does not require any particular religious belief. Simply bring an open heart and a willingness to breathe.
