Earlier today, before heading over to Caerphilly Miners for this evening’s sound bath, I booked in for an authentic Thai massage with Alinya Thai Spa — and honestly, it was one of the best treatments I’ve had in a very long time.
From the moment I walked in, everything just felt right. The warm welcome, the calm atmosphere, the gentle conversation at the start, the care, the professionalism… every part of the experience was exceptional.
I went in carrying tension and exhaustion without even fully realising how much was there, and I came out feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and genuinely restored. Even during the sound bath this evening, I could feel the difference in my body and in my flow while playing the gongs. Everything felt softer, easier, more connected.
