Only 5 days to go for Ultra Scotland. The big one, take on 104 historic miles across the beautiful Southern Upland Way. Starting at St John’s Town of Dalry and finishing in Galashiels, ultrarunners will take on some of the greatest trails in Britain including the ascent of Benbrake, Gateshaw Rig, Lowther Hill (701m) and Minch Moor. And the small one, take on 56 miles of the greatest trail in Scotland along the glorious Southern Upland Way. Starting at St. John’s Town of Dalry, home of the Covenanter’s Burning Bush; the remarkable forests and valleys and the majestic mountains of Southern Scotland await. WE WILL BE ONSITE !

Saturday saw a paramedic led team is St Agnes in Cornwall looking after over 700 runners at Trail Pursuits unique trail race experience. The weather (after a foggy start) was fantastic and everyone made it back safely.

What a great weekend spent with and the Skye Trail Ultra 75. Taking on the Isle of Skye from end to end, and passing through some of the finest mountain ranges and coastal trails in the UK. An International field of runners take on the wild and breathtaking Scottish Trail, the Skye Trail, a simply breathtaking route. The weather may not have been the best but what an experience!!!

We spent a sunny Saturday looking after the walkers on the St David’s Hospice to Hospice charity walk. Choosing either 16 or 7 mile routes the journey was from Ystrad Mynach to Newport linking two hospices in support of compassionate end-of-life care.

The Isle of Skye, the largest of Scotland’s Inner Hebrides, is world-famous for its dramatic volcanic landscapes, medieval castles, and rich Gaelic heritage and we will be onsite looking after runners and crew!! What a fantastic weekend spent with a team on Kintyre in Scotland and the Kintyre Way Ultra. The Kintyre Way is one of Scotland’s Great Trails and each year, the Kintyre Way Ultra takes place along one-third of its 100-mile length. In 2026, the route is from Tayinloan to Campbeltown via Carradale.

Saturday was spent with a small team in the Pennines supporting and the . A fantastic 50 mile ultra-marathon with 2593m of ascent and fusing together some of the finest trails in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
Starting at the beautiful village of Malham with trails taking in Malham cove, the Dry Valley of Watlowes, Malham tarn, Fountains Fell, Janet’s foss and the wonderful Yorkshire 3 peaks of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. This is a stunning route with excellent support from the team making it a race you’ll always remember!
