il be running herbal tea workshops at Spit and Sawdust as part of their Plantasia day - A hands-on workshop exploring the wonderful world of herbal teas. Discover the properties of a selection of herbs, learn the art of creating delicious and purposeful blends, and explore how to choose herbs that may support your individual needs. You’ll then create your own unique herbal tea blend to take home and enjoy - there are 3 timeslots available, booking link is in the bio 🙂

Back to school means time to stock up on elderberry syrup! I’l be adding a limited number of these to my shop next week - let me know if you want to reserve one. £12 each. We wi also be making some at the next TheLoadingBay Herb club on 22nd Sept if you’d like to make your own 🙂

This will be our last session before we take a break in August, returning in September.
