Thank you to those of you who came along to last night’s Reiki Infused Sound Bath. 💛✨

It was such a lovely small group, creating a beautiful, calm energy throughout the evening.🥰

I loved seeing the gemstones you were each drawn to at the beginning of the session — 💎Tiger’s Eye, Amethyst and Rose Quartz. Each bringing its own gentle qualities, from courage and clarity, to calm, intuition and self-love. ✨

A beautiful energy flowed throughout the session, helping all of us to feel wonderfully relaxed and supported.

I hope you all slept well and are feeling restored and rebalanced today, reconnecting with your inner strength as you move through the days ahead. 💛✨

Thank you for taking that time for yourselves and for sharing the evening with me.

My aim is for you to relax completely and take that time for yourself — simply to be.

There are no expectations, just come as you are 🤍

What amazing weather we’re having 💛✨

Walked the dog and kids early this morning, and I’ve just picked up an air conditioning unit for this evening’s Sound Bath… so my lovely guests can relax and stay nice and cool tonight. ☀️❄️
