Our last postnatal Pilates class together 🥲 He’s been coming with me for 6 months to either attend a class or to teach a class.

Why I loved going to a postnatal class and why I knew I had lock in to qualify in pre and postnatal exercise to bring the class to Callington:
✨ It gave me a routine in the week, something regular to look forward too
✨ The social aspect, seeing my new mum friends (shout out to the NCT ladies)
✨ It’s a class to help me and my body, not just for the baby which what most the baby friendly classes are for
✨ I could bring Freddie along so I didn’t feel like I needed to ask a favour
✨ Everyone’s in the same boat and no one’s is judging if the baby cried, is they need a feed, if they need a cuddle or if your late
✨ It made me feel like me again, Pilates is a massive part of my life and to be able to be in that environment again was the biggest change to my mindset postpartum

From the 9th June we will be running postnatal Pilates, every Tuesday. Available for members and non-members of
