Never too young to make friends at Pilates!

MUMS + BUBS we have space for you!! I heard the term the motherhood health penalty and I actually can’t stop thinking about it. It explains how hard it is for mums to look after their health because they’re so busy looking after their kids and/or don’t have access to regular childcare to be able to attend classes. So, let me look after you while you bring the kids along.

Tuesday 10:30am - postnatal Pilates
📍The Zone, Callington (no need to be a gym member)
Great for recovery and first steps back in to exercise post birth, pelvic floor and deep core, babies come along and are expected to act like babies (crying, feeds, full outfit changes and cuddles are all welcome)
Book as you go & class pricing plans available (4x £28 or 8x £48)

Monday 10:30am - mini + me Pilates (Starting 21st September)
📍Botus Fleming Hall
Your regular, full body Pilates class which is adaptable for any experience level AND your kids of any age are welcome, no need to find child care
6 week block booking, only £40 for the September block

Limited space for both classes so booking ahead is advised!

Pilates is more than matching sets and matcha…. Pilates is for any one that wants to prepare their body to be mobile and functional in all chapters of their life ☺️

Age smart doesn’t mean it’s a ‘easy’ class. It just allows everyone to come with the same goal, to streamline tailoring the moves to suit your body.

Any questions please give me a message 💌

Our last postnatal Pilates class together 🥲 He’s been coming with me for 6 months to either attend a class or to teach a class.

Why I loved going to a postnatal class and why I knew I had lock in to qualify in pre and postnatal exercise to bring the class to Callington:
✨ It gave me a routine in the week, something regular to look forward too
✨ The social aspect, seeing my new mum friends (shout out to the NCT ladies)
✨ It’s a class to help me and my body, not just for the baby which what most the baby friendly classes are for
✨ I could bring Freddie along so I didn’t feel like I needed to ask a favour
✨ Everyone’s in the same boat and no one’s is judging if the baby cried, is they need a feed, if they need a cuddle or if your late
✨ It made me feel like me again, Pilates is a massive part of my life and to be able to be in that environment again was the biggest change to my mindset postpartum

From the 9th June we will be running postnatal Pilates, every Tuesday. Available for members and non-members of

Any questions at all, please give me a message 💗
