Many people feel nervous about their first appointment simply because they don’t know how the process works. During a session, warm, filtered water is gently introduced into the colon while a trained practitioner guides you through the experience in a private, comfortable setting.

My goal is to help clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported every step of the way.

Receiving feedback like this means so much, especially as a new business.

One of the biggest concerns people have before their first Colon Hydrotherapy appointment is whether it will be uncomfortable, painful or embarrassing.

That’s why I was particularly touched to receive this review from a recent client who arrived feeling nervous but left feeling relaxed, informed and reassured.

My aim is always to provide a safe, professional and discreet environment where clients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.

I’m so excited to be sharing my beautiful studio space with the lovely 💜

When I created Flow & Flourish, my vision was always to build a welcoming wellness space where people could come to invest in themselves, whether that’s through gut health, wellbeing or beauty treatments.

I’m therefore delighted to welcome Kat and her amazing lash services to the studio every Monday from 29th June.

Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also one of the loveliest people you’ll meet, and I know my clients will love having access to her treatments.

🌿 Great things really do take time.

A year ago, Flow & Flourish was just an idea in my head.

There were courses to complete, qualifications to gain, plans to make, a studio to build and plenty of moments where I questioned whether I could actually do it.

Now I’m sitting here in my own wellness studio, welcoming clients through the door and doing something I genuinely love.

It’s a reminder that not everything happens overnight. Sometimes the best things take patience, hard work and a little faith.

Whatever you’re working towards right now, keep going. Progress is still progress, even when it feels slow.
