The unit features a large street-facing display window with moderate passing footfall visibility, fresh luxury vinyl flooring throughout, a full slatwall display system ready to use, built-in shelving, air conditioning, and super-fast fibre broadband — all included.

This is a genuinely flexible opportunity: ideal as a starter retail shop, treatment room, beauty studio, consulting space, or creative workspace. Health and wellness businesses are a natural fit alongside our existing practitioners, but we welcome all enquiries.
