Please be aware that the swimming pool, sauna and changing rooms will be closed for essential maintenance on Tuesday 15th September 2026.

Our opening hours remain the same, and the gym and studio classes are unaffected.

It’s nearly the bank holiday weekend! We will be open as normal on Saturday and Sunday, but on Monday, the health club will be open from 8.30am - 9pm. Adults only times are the same as usual, but there will be no classes.

Our children’s swimming lessons run on Saturday mornings during term time. Please note that they are for members only.

Beginners are welcome (age 4+) and group sizes are small - up to 6 children per lesson. Termly courses are payable in advance at a cost of £9 per lesson.

Please email your child’s age and swimming experience to [email protected] so our instructor can recommend a suitable class.

Congratulations to our July Member of the Month, Caileigh Canterbury!

Caileigh has shown fantastic consistency and quiet determination in her fitness journey. Her regular attendance and steady progress are a great example of how dedication pays off over time.

With her headphones on and a smile on her face, she gets on with her workouts without any fuss, putting in the effort week after week. Her commitment and positive attitude have not gone unnoticed, and we’re delighted to recognise her hard work.
