If I could go back and give my younger self some health advice, it wouldn’t be about dieting.

It would be about understanding my body, listening to symptoms, prioritising my health and recognising that wellbeing is about far more than a number on the scales.

What would you tell your younger self?

Women are so often told to eat less, track calories, and stay in a deficit… but nobody talks enough about nourishment.

You can be hitting your calorie goal every day and still be lacking the nutrients your body actually needs to thrive.

Low energy. Hormone issues. Cravings. Poor recovery. Hair thinning. Mood changes.Sometimes it’s not about eating less — it’s about eating better.

In this reel I’m sharing 3 things women commonly get wrong when it comes to nutrition and health 👇Because health is more than a calorie number. 🤍

✨ PCOS has a new name: PMOS ✨

The new name — Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome — better reflects the hormonal and metabolic impact this condition has on women’s bodies.

Because it’s never been “just ovarian cysts.” 💛

We often look for complex solutions without addressing the foundations of health… that are usually simple (and free).

The reality is, we’re living in a fast-paced world that our bodies were never designed for.
Constant stimulation, artificial light, rushed meals, chronic stress… it’s no wonder so many feel burnt out, dysregulated and disconnected from their health.

These “underrated” habits are things I come back to again and again in clinic because they gently bring the body back to what it recognises — supporting the nervous system, hormones, digestion & metabolism at a root level.

It’s not about doing everything perfectly.
It’s about what you do consistently.

Which one do you already do — and which could you bring in this week?

We’re living in a fast-paced world, often disconnected from the way our bodies are designed to be nourished.

It’s left many of us overfed… yet undernourished.

A simple place to start?
✨ Bring more colour to your plate

Different colours provide different nutrients, working together to support energy, hormones, and overall health.

Keep it simple. Start with what you can add, not take away.

So many women are told their iron is “fine”…
…but still feel exhausted, foggy, and flat.

Iron deficiency is something I pick up a lot on functional testing — and the root cause matters.

If you’re noticing these signs, it’s worth looking deeper ✨

Hi, I’m Nadine, a nutritional therapist specialising in women’s health and family wellbeing 🤍

A lot of the women I work with come to me feeling exhausted, confused by their symptoms, and often told everything is “normal”.

But when you don’t feel right—there’s usually more to the story.

My work goes beyond meal plans.

I look at the full picture—your hormones, digestion, energy, and lifestyle—and where needed, use functional testing like blood work and nutrigenomics to understand what’s really going on.

Because when you stop guessing and start understanding your body, everything feels clearer and more manageable.

✨ No extremes
✨ No one-size-fits-all
✨ Just realistic, personalised support

If that resonates, you’re in the right place 💛

Many women don’t realise that subtle hormone changes can begin in the mid–late 30s.

You might still feel “fine” — but:

• Sleep feels lighter
• PMS feels stronger
• Stress feels harder
• Recovery feels slower

This is often where foundational nutrients like magnesium become more relevant.

It supports:
– Nervous system regulation
– Bone health
– Muscle relaxation
– Biochemical pathways involved in hormone balance

It’s not about taking every supplement.
It’s about understanding what your body needs at this stage.

If you’re 35+ and noticing changes, you’re not imagining it — and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Save this for later 💛
