Counselling Directory

Counselling Directory Supporting your wellbeing journey with trusted counsellors, therapists and expert insights. Our story began in 2005 with two sisters, Aimi and Emma.
(3)

They’d both experienced mental health issues and knew how it felt to be overwhelmed and lacking guidance. They wanted to use their own experiences to help others find support from counsellors and therapists. And so, Counselling Directory was born. Counselling Directory has four sister sites, all with the same aim - to help people find support. From nutrition and complementary therapies to hypnothe

rapy and coaching, our network of directories seeks to cover all aspects of mental health and wellness. These websites are a part of the Happiful family, a network of over 25,000 professionals. Read more about our story: https://www.counselling-directory.org.uk/about.html

It won’t remove life’s pressures, but it may help you step out of autopilot, understand your reactions and respond with greater awareness.
