LOW TEMP / LONG TIME

Rather than blast our precious gold with heat as quickly as possible, we gradually increase the temperature to protect the natural milk profile.

This process rids of bacteria that could be harmful whilst maintaining the enzymes, taste and vitamins it left the udder with.

We pasteurise straight after milking, about 3 meters from the parlour. No industrious processing, days of storage, sad chemicals, plastics etc. And of course the cows are only a few fields away at most!

Just a tank that gets warm (see pic x)
