Wellbeing Wednesday
I will just let this settle...so many people come to me because they want their trauma to disappear, or to not remember, but somehow we have to make room for allowing ourselves to feel safe enough to live a full and meaningful life whilst acknowledging that the trauma happened.

Some food for thought...no relationship is perfect, but it is helpful to consider what our relationships give us and what we give to them also. 🤗

This is a brilliant acronym to help us pause and communicate more effectively when either feeling anger or dealing with someone else who is reacting angrily. Not always easy to do, but helpful even if you reflext on situations in hindsight to help further interactions 🤗

This is worth thinking about, boundaries help maintain our wellbeing and our own self respect, and hopefully others will respect us too 🤗

Thought this was apt, as have just come back from a holiday in Cyprus where we were desperate to see some turtles! Unfortunately we did not see any this time, but still appreciated all the wonder and joy of experiencing another country's scenery, culture, food and an opportunity to relax and take stock 🤗
