Integrating bilateral movements to stimulate both sides of the brain helps us to think more clearly, focus, plan and initiate our hopes and actions more effectively. Examples include walking, running, swimming but also can include techniques like butterfly tapping (also used in EMDR for reprocessing challenging memories and feelings) 🤗
