I have been going to Emily from for the last couple of years for monthly Clinical Reflexology sessions. At first it was to help manage my stress levels in a previous work role (which now feels like a whole different lifetime ago). Now it is to have some relaxing me time, a friendly face to have a chat with, to treat my feet with care and a bonus balancing act for the rest of my body!
She offers a whole range of other treatments as well, which I am sure is just as fantastic.
Find your calm and balance with treatments from Emily!

Attended the Professional Beauty London event yesterday 👌 There was so much to see, experience and learn from all aspects in the industry. Some very interesting equipment and furniture. We attended only 1 of the Live sessions, which was extremely informative and reiterated my approach for the business 😀 👍. Makes you feel happy that you may be on the right path and inspired hearing your thoughts echoed by others that have already gone down that same road. I came away with a lovely haul of new products, personal treats, new supplier information and knowledge that will support me going forwards. And of course the support and encouragement of my lovely husband that joined me for the day and helped carry everything back home.
