We had a lovely Women Inspired Network Cambridge meeting this morning.

Thank you to our wonderful host as always The White Hart

Thank you all for coming. It was a smaller group but amazing conversations.

Our guest speaker Womack-Evans really made us think about our lifestyle and how we can make small changes that helps us with our over all energies.

Great questions and good to hear everyone's perspectives.

We did 1 to 1 speed networking then we re grouped all together to have a catch up once everyone got to know eachother without preasure.

It goes to show you don't need a huge group to get the most out of networking and connections ❤️

Also thank you to my daughter for taking our group ohoto today ❤️

Summer holidays are here but we don't stop the relaxation .
I believe consistently taking time for yourself is important especially during busy summer holidays with the kids, in heatwaves and with busy social schedules.

Our next relaxation sessions:

Thurdsay 6th August Paus Cambridge women session 12:30-1:30

Friday 7th August Friday night sound at Paus open to all 7-8pm

Sunday 9th August Sunday Soundscape Anne of Cleves house Haverhill women only session 10:30-11:45.
