Looking for something a little different this summer?

Join us on Saturday 5th July for our Clay Creations Pottery Workshop – a session full of creativity, laughter, mindful making and community in the beautiful surroundings of The Studio.

Whether you’ve never touched clay before or you’re ready to get back behind the wheel, this workshop is all about having fun, trying something new and creating something uniquely yours.

Expect:

🤎 A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere
🤎 Plenty of creativity (and a little bit of mess!)

You’ve been loving Strong Foundations so much that we’re adding another time slot.

If you’ve ever wanted to learn to lift but felt unsure where to start, this class is for you.

Strong Foundations is all about mindful movement, building confidence, and creating strong foundations that support you both inside and outside the gym.

Each session breaks down the key components of a lift, helping you understand the technique, purpose and mechanics behind every movement. From squats and deadlifts to presses and pulls, you’ll learn in a supportive environment that meets you exactly where you are.

✔ Looking for a welcoming community to learn alongside?

Whether you’re taking your first steps into lifting or refining the basics, we’re here to support your wellbeing journey every step of the way.

5 years of movement, community, and feeling stronger together ✨

Recently, we celebrated The Studio turning 5 with the people who make this wellness community so special: our incredible clients, instructors, and friends. From cake and coffee to walking, chatting, and soaking up the fresh air, it was a beautiful reminder that movement is about so much more than fitness 🤍

Thank you for being part of every class, every laugh, every milestone, and every wellness journey along the way.
