Charging Your Device
For best practice when recharging your CUE device, we request that you make sure you are using the supplied USB A-to-C cable that came inside the original box with your device.

Next, with one end plugged into the charging dock, the other end of the charging cable should be plugged into a certified 5V USB-A power adapter (IEC 62368-1 compliant).

Before Charging
When you place your CUE device onto the charging dock, please ensure the underside of the device, including the patch, is clean and dry. Gently wipe away any sweat or debris before charging.

Charging Indicator Lights
When charging your device, you may notice the following light indicators:
Red Light - Device is at low battery
Amber light - Device is charging
Green light - Device is fully charged
These indicators help you understand the charging status at a glance.

Safety Information
Please also take note of the general safety advice for using electronic devices:
Ensure that the power adapter used with the charging dock is kept in a location where it can be easily disconnected.
Take care to not touch the charging pins while the docking station is connected to a power source.
