What an awesome follow up session with the 2026 Women in Leadership cohort with .resourcingsolutions . We explored lifestyle medicine through the lens of female health and encouraged participants to take care of their health as they would their business. Prioritise. Expect more. Talk to others. Be empowered. The evening never fails to inspire with delegates sitting next to their mentors and sharing their stories. Negative habits - we all have them, and whilst in the moment they can feel like they make it easier to manage, if we step back they are nearly always unhelpful for our mental health. Can you take small steps towards reducing your negative habits? Perhaps it's about limiting how often you drink alcohol, reining in the late nights, quitting smoking or taking a break from social media - or something else you know you would feel better for cutting back on.
