Hello dancers 🙂

I’d like to invite you to a special evening of conscious dance and relaxation – Move&Relax with Yoga Nidra.

For this unique session, I will guide the movement part as usual, and I have invited Sarah⁩, who will deliver the relaxation part using a technique called Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep.” During this practice you will be lying down and not moving, allowing you to experience deep relaxation.

Sarah and I believe that this combination will work really well together - moving and being in your body and then coming into a place of deep and restorative rest.

For this special occasion, we’ve prepared a 2-hour session, including 40 minutes of deeply restorative Yoga Nidra.

Early bird tickets are still available, so please secure your place.

In February I had the chance to visit my best friend in Barcelona.

I invited her for a special one-to-one Move&Relax session on a hill overlooking Barcelona. It was magical and, after the session, I kept dancing. She recorded that video, which I’m now sharing with you all.

Move&Relax is expanding! Not only do we have our regular sessions in Cambridge, where it all started back in 2023, but in 2025 Sev delivered six sessions in Poland.

Last month also marked the very first Move&Relax session in the lovely town of March in Fenland, where 15 people experienced what Move&Relax is all about. They’ve already asked Sev to come back, which is so special and gives a real boost to keep developing this work.

We’re now thinking about other places around Cambridgeshire, maybe Huntingdon, maybe Ely? Any other suggestions? 🙂
