Today I wanted to write an appreciation post for all Slimming World Consultants and Slimming World groups.

A Slimming World Consultant is so much more than someone standing at the front of group talking about the plan. They are your supporter, your encourager, your cheerleader, and someone who genuinely wants to help you achieve your dream weight. Weight loss can be life-changing and, in some cases, even life-saving, and Consultants honestly deserve so much credit for the role they play in helping people achieve that.

I know I have quite a few Slimming World Consultants who follow my page, and I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for everything you do to help people transform their lives.

Personally, I would never have lost 10 stone without my amazing Consultant, Rainy, and her incredible Slimming World group. When you walk through the doors of my group, you're welcomed into a room full of inspirational, supportive people who quickly become like family. No matter how your week has gone, they help you pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and focus on the results you want to achieve.

Together, the Consultant and the members create that spark of motivation when you need it most. Group support helps you learn the plan, but it also gives you understanding, encouragement and inspiration from people who truly empathise with how being overweight can weigh you down. Group lifts you up, reminds you that you're not alone, and helps you find more light than darkness on your journey.

Over the years, I've attended a few different Slimming World groups. Every group is unique because every Consultant brings their own personality, experiences and perspective. But that's what makes them all so special. Every group may have its own unique personality, but they all have one thing in common – they bring people together through kindness, encouragement and unwavering support.

So once again, thank you to every Consultant, thank you to Slimming World, and thank you to every group member. One simply can't function without the other. Together, you create an environment where transformation is possible, helping people change their lives and, in some cases, even save them.

You are all amazing, and you should be incredibly proud of the difference you make every single day. ❤️
