At the beginning of this year, many people feel increasing instability, rapid changes, and prolonged mental stress due to constant exposure to news and information. This creates continuous psychological tension and internal imbalance.

From a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) perspective, the key feature of this year is excessive internal “fire.”

Are dry eyes, redness, showing up again and again?
Many times, the problem is not just in the eyes themselves.
眼睛紅癢反覆出現?
很多時候,問題不只在眼睛。
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is said:
“The Liver opens into the eyes.”
When Liver Fire rises upward,
the eyes are often the first place to show signs.
中醫認為:
「肝開竅於目」
當肝火往上衝,

🔥 If the Heart is like a furnace in the body,
then Liver Fire
is the firewood constantly being added to it.
Fire does not keep growing on its own.
This rising heat that continuously pushes upward

it also impacts the body’s core systems first.
🔥 Under the Fire Cycle, the first system to be activated—
and the most prone to imbalance—is the Heart.

🔥 火,不只影響外在環境,
也會率先影響人體最核心的系統。
🔥 在火運之下,最先被推動、
也最容易失衡的,是「心」。
In Traditional Chinese Medicine,
the Heart belongs to the element of Fire.
It is like a furnace within the body—
driving blood circulation
and stabilizing mental activity.
在中醫系統中,心屬火,
就像人體內的一座火爐——
推動血液循環,
也維持精神活動的穩定。
When the Fire Cycle intensifies,
it is as if the external environment keeps heating up—
like firewood constantly being added to a furnace,
amplifying the internal fire already present within the body.
當火運到來,等於外界持續升溫,
就像不斷往火爐裡添柴,
讓體內原本存在的「火」,被整體放大。

❤️ The earliest signs appear in the Heart system:
Palpitations, chest tightness, rapid heartbeat
Insomnia, vivid dreams, restlessness
Fluctuating blood pressure, increased cardiovascular strain
This is not a problem of the heart as a single organ,
but an acceleration of the entire Heart system—
including its mental and emotional dimensions.
最常見的身體反應,會先出現在「心」的層面:
心悸、胸悶、心跳加快
失眠、多夢、心煩意亂
血壓波動,心血管負擔加重
這不是單一器官的問題,

In TCM, the Heart governs the blood vessels
and houses the Shen (spirit).
