Take advantage of the hotter weather when our desire for heavy stodgy meals has reduced and our desire for high water content food increases.
However, for some, the sweet craving desire is still present.

Summer is the time to break those unhealthier habits that have been playing on your mind for a while.

Disclaimer: I don’t advise that you use peppermint to reduce your appetite of your main meals. However, it may just help the satiated feeling to prevent you reaching out for the naughtier options after your meals.

By the way, there is a much deeper reason as to why you may be reaching out for the frequent sweet treats or even overeating.
I can help you with that…

If you’d like some guidance or support for a healthier lifestyle please do get in touch for a FREE consultation into my Subconscious Health Coaching sessions.

Granola batch baking day!

I’ve been baking this easy peasy granola for approximately 9 years when I decided to stop cereals for breakfast after hearing about the corrupt company Nestle’s treatment of African mothers and locking them into substituting breastfeeding for their brand formula milk. But my kids preferred mostly the Nestle brand cereals 🙄
Around that time we started eating other breakfast options such as eggs, cheese on toast, cheese on crumpets, cheese toasties, beans on toast, Greek yoghurt, pancakes etc. Then, the granola trend set in. I tried a few recipes that didn’t quite work as I like to but lots of seeds and nuts etc and maple syrup instead of honey & oil instead of butter as I don’t like clumpy granola. So after tweaking this is the no fail recipe I’ve mastered.

It includes:
- Desiccated coconut
- Pumpkin seeds
- Chia seeds
- Sesame seeds
- Almonds / Cashews
- Walnuts
- Sunflower seeds
- Raisins / goji berries
- Maple syrup
- Olive oil

If you’d like this no fail easy peasy recipe comment GRANOLA in the comments and I’ll dm you the recipe.

🏫 8 years ago our son was experiencing constipation due to stress at a new school.
It started off with him being intrigued at the cups and then I gave him a few to play with. I had no intention to treat him until I walked in on him, and his then 7 year old sister playing with him and placing the unsuctioned cups on his back.

💡That’s when the lightbulb idea entered my mind!
He had recently started a new school and was very stressed.
I tried various alternative and over the counter remedies but there wasn’t a major shift. So, I asked him if he’d like to give dry cupping a go. He responded positively. And the rest is history.

💪🏾 Now as a 17 year old avid fitness freak he’s upgraded to wet cupping for:
- Faster muscle recovery (by enhanced blood circulation)
- Removal of metabolic waste (lactic acid),
- Myofascial decompression (muscle layer space creation)
- Decreases tightness & soreness.

# cupping

If you’re interested in a natural, non-invasive, inexpensive, anti-ageing facial treatment that you can take control of yourself, then face cupping is for you!

It’s recommended for 5 minutes, 2-3 times per week so when you book a session with me, not only do you receive a facial, you’ll also receive the face cupping and a mini tutorial.

Most importantly I’ll tell you the tried and tested brand I recommend and use on myself and clients so you can invest in it and add it to your skincare routine.

How & why I got into Cupping?

I’ve sped up the video because apparently audiences have less patience and are already feeling overwhelmed with content.
You can come and see me for that too!
Cupping is so grounding 🍃
