Have you visited a healthcare professional about your mental health in the last five years?

Researchers at the University of Cambridge would like to hear about your experiences of mental healthcare provisions, and your views on using digital technology, such as apps, to assess mental health symptoms before face-to-face visits with a healthcare professional.

Digital mental health apps have become more popular following COVID-19, for use both with and without a doctor. We want your insights to inform the design of the best possible tool for mental health with patients at the heart of it. If well received, we are hoping to implement this tool in standard NHS care pathways.

The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and you will be given the opportunity to win a £50 high street voucher for your time.
