💚Cambodia, you have my heart and soul 💚

🙏We met such beautiful souls, so kind and generous. So welcoming and loving.

🪷A raw and unfiltered country with a glowing, warm hearted energy that is intoxicating and makes you want to go back….

🫶I felt the Divine Feminine so strongly there. Many downloads about the world. “Hope” stood out.

💞To endure the extreme trauma of genocide and yet be so resilient and so kind and loving… it’s a lesson to all of humanity. I’m deeply touched by their love ❤️

🙏Breathing people there was a very special experience ✨So grateful ☺️

🪷Because from the first time I experienced a deep diaphragmatic conscious connected breath, I felt free.

🙏Free of guilt, shame, judgment, fear, loss, sadness and disconnection.

💚There’s definitely a “before and after” Breathwork version of me. Before was still an amazing life that I’m lucky to have lived.

🥰After, is a life that’s led by a stronger internal connection to myself, a mystical thread that anchors me, and a safety in my body when my head gets too busy.

🫶Grateful for all of it and incredibly honoured to guide others on their Breathwork journeys for the last 8 years.

🐈 Currently cat sitting in Saigon 🤩

🤩I am very lucky to look after gorgeous animals around the world, all whilst sharing my passion for helping people to breathe 🪷

🙏Such a beautiful way to travel and I love every breathwork session with my wonderful clients in every country💞

🫶So far, Valencia, Qatar, Southern India, Bali, Nusa Penida, Australia, Vietnam and Cambodia. Next stop Northern Thailand to look after a lovely doggie 🐶

💚And the icing on the cake is I get to share it all with my soulmate by my side 💚

😞If you’re feeling anxious and maybe a bit overwhelmed, it’s a sign to come out of your head and into your body.

🙏Left nostril breathing is a great way to do that. It relaxes the mind and body, reducing stress. This practice resets your nervous system so you feel calmer.

✨Extra tip: It’s great before bed as promotes sleep 😴
