✨ Inhale: belly → ribs → chest
✨ Exhale: chest → ribs → belly
This practice helps to:
• Calm the nervous system
• Reduce stress and feelings of overwhelm
• Bring you into the present moment
• Create a sense of grounding and ease in both body and mind
You don’t need to do it perfectly. Simply notice the expansion of your belly, the widening of the ribs, and the gentle lift of the chest. Then allow the breath to soften and release in reverse.
