So today is 365 days since my beautiful husband died, suddenly and unexpectedly.
It was the sadness and despair I felt that first embarked on my Reiki journey. Not knowing what to expect or if it would even help.
The grief was all consuming and the first few months, honestly never felt pain like it. 😞
I have amazing friends and I have our wonderful grown up children, our beautiful granddaughters and our little fur baby around me. But, it wasnt until I experienced the immense joy, love, and nurturing from Reiki that I started to realise my own worth. Learning how to meditate and receiving Reiki from a wonderful lady Jeanette Richards at Earthbound Holistics & Jewellery helped me to learn how to cope better with my pain and loss.

If you have never received Reiki, just give it a go…
nothing ventured, nothing gained.
