Tomorrow we have a portal day, the exact half way point between the equinox and the solstice. 5 is the number of change, it follows the scorpio full moon where we are being asked how do we process intensity? The more we are able to confront this we take back our power.

Whatever your fear is, rejection, loss, separation or the unknown it's time to face this. When we meet our true self and face that fear we can evolve and are less identified with our ego.

The antidote to ego is devotion which creates light. This sis in our higher heart that sits near our throat generating compassion. We are being asked to open our hearts to devotional practices. In doing so we connect more with the magical child within us.

Medicine from a 1600 year old Yew tree 🌳

Druidic and Celtic traditions held the yew is sacred for its extraordinary longevity, toxic properties, and ability to regenerate, treating it as a conduit to ancestors and the underworld.

The yew’s ability to grow new trunks from rotting, hollow centers symbolises intense transformation and everlasting life. Its evergreen nature signifies survival beyond death.

Often found in ancient churchyards like this one, the yew is considered a bridge between the living and the dead, anchoring spirits and protecting hallowed ground.
