A HUGE congratulations to our wonderful Donna, who is our very deserving Employee of the Month! 🌟👏

Donna has received some truly beautiful nominations from her colleagues, and it’s easy to see why she is so loved by everyone at Catherine Care! ❤️
Her bubbly personality, fantastic sense of humour and genuine warmth bring so much happiness to our clients. The smiles on their faces when Donna is around really do say it all! 🥰

Over the last few months, Donna has really shone! She has put so much love, time and effort into transforming our Sensory Shed into a beautiful, calming space for our clients to enjoy. Her creativity, dedication and pride in her work are wonderful to see! 🌈✨

But what makes Donna truly special is the compassion she shows not only to our clients, but to their families too. The incredible kindness and support she gave to Michelle W family, both before and following Michelle’s passing, meant so much during an incredibly difficult time. It is a true reflection of the caring person Donna is. ❤️

Donna consistently goes above and beyond, treating every individual with dignity, respect and kindness, while always bringing a little laughter and sunshine into their day! ☀️

🌸 Ashleigh – Wow, what a transformation we have seen lately! Ashleigh has absolutely blown us away with her growing independence, confidence and happiness! She’s using her words more, expressing herself and making such fantastic progress. We couldn’t be prouder of her! Keep shining, Ashleigh! 🌟💕

💙 Kieran – What a superstar! Kieran has been doing amazingly well, joining in with sessions both in-house and out in the community! It’s wonderful to see him getting involved, trying different activities and making the most of every opportunity! 👏🌈

We are so incredibly proud of you both! Watching our clients grow in confidence, develop new skills and achieve their own personal milestones is what makes our job so rewarding! ❤️

We really do have some incredibly talented staff here at Catherine Care! ❤️

Our little sensory shed on Side 13 was in desperate need of some TLC, and thanks to the amazing Donna, Paul and our fantastic Hammers Team, it has been completely transformed into a lovely, peaceful space for our clients to enjoy.

We are delighted to introduce… THE CHILL OUT SHED! 🏡💚

A cosy little retreat where our clients can take some time out, relax, unwind and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet whenever they need.

What a fantastic transformation! 👏❤️
