How can I stay fuller for longer? We love protein at Slimming World 🙌.
The flexibility of our Healthy Eating plan means that there are loads of high‑protein options, whether you’re vegan or meat-eater – there’s something for everyone.
Beans and lentils, Quorn, eggs, fish, cottage cheese, lean meats…the list goes on!

Staying satisfied = staying on track 💕 and that’s just a snippet of what you’ll learn in my group – pop in and say hello this Tuesday at Bridgtown Social Working Men’s Club 5.30 & 7pm ☺️.

🏆 Congratulations to our 2026 Man of the Year, in 5.30pm group …. Karl! 🏆

What an incredible achievement and one that is so well deserved!

Karl has lost an amazing 2 stone 11lb in just 19 weeks and has absolutely smashed every milestone along the way. He has achieved his Club 10 Award, losing over 10% of his body weight, collected multiple Slimmer of the Week awards and has also been crowned Slimmer of the Month.

But it’s not just the awards and weight loss that make Karl so deserving of this title. His determination, consistency, positivity and willingness to embrace the plan have been truly inspiring. He motivates others without even realising it and is a fantastic example of what can be achieved with commitment and belief in yourself.

We are all incredibly proud of you, Karl. This award couldn’t have gone to a more deserving member! 🌟
