I'm Michelle a 49 year old midlife woman and Wellness Habits Coach. I live in Canterbury with my husband Rob and our 2 teens, Sonny & Martha. I've always worked in roles where people have been at the centre of what I do...... but I'll admit I haven't always looked after my mind & body. An unbalanced diet, excess processed food and alcohol, no exercise and a smoker with no focus on my mental healt

h. My weight was increasing and generally, I wasn't feeling great. Starting a family in my 30's prompted a couple of wellness changes, but the magic moment came for me when at 35, I started my career in Health & Wellness. I learned the key principles in what supports us to live in better health, such as; nutrition, healthy weight loss, sleep, movement and emotional wellbeing . Along with techniques on how to apply them in real life. I've been priviledged to have worked with hundreds of adults, over 1000's of hours and I've seen how small, steps and personalised support can help people thrive in their life. In short it changed my whole life. I walked my talk, explored and applied the health training/behaviour change techniques to myself and by taking one step at a time, I began to thrive in my mind & body, which is where I am today. As a midlife, perimenopausal woman, I'm fully aware of the transition our body goes through during this phase of our lives along with the challenges that may arise. It's my passion and purpose in helping women like you to thrive, feel good and live the midlife you want.

I have loved our Uk heatwave, except for water shortages! My sleep and energy have been affected - not by the heat but by the parties, singing and shenanigans near our house. Fun and aliveness… but noisy. The lack of sleep impacts how I show up the next day and it’s been a challenge especially as I like to move my body (swim today) in the morning. Tiredness makes me feel like not going, but my habit’s brain nudges me and says ‘scalable Michelle’ So sometimes I’ll stay home and do some gentle yoga or walk round the ‘party’ field near my house but mostly, I’ll head for my workout, I’ll show up and do whatever I feel like.No ‘go hard or go home’ or ‘all or nothing’ mindset, sometimes. it’s 10 mins and then sauna time. This way, I feel good, I don’t feel annoyed with the party animals 🙉 , I feel successful! Life does get in the way and it always will- it’s aliveness! Making a habit requires scalability, adaptability and gentle daily steps, this is where you find the golden glow 💛 . Have you tried this too? I’d love to know! Love, Michelle xx. You asked and here it is..’Nourish to Flourish’

It’s just over ONE week until we gather again for our next FlourishHer evening in Canterbury.

Our vibrant space for women over 40

And this time… we’re talking nourishment via food!

Because midlife nutrition can be flipping noisy with a bombardment of conflicting information.

One minute we’re told to cut carbs.
The next to fast.
Then detox.
Then follow another formula entirely.

It’s soooooo exhausting and who the hell needs that when navigating menopause!! We want energy, alignment and we want it doable and enjoyable!! 🙌🏻✨ and that girlfriends is possible!!

Somewhere amongst all the external noise, we can lose trust in ourselves and start to …dare I say it… forget what actually helps us feel well, our foundations.

So this evening is about coming back to basics.

✨ No fad diets
✨ No food guilt
✨ No perfection

Just gentle, realistic nourishment for midlife women.

Together we’ll explore:
• simple nourishment for midlife
• blood sugar + energy basics
• gut health + balance
• mindful eating
• tiny supportive habits that actually work

The first of our FlourishHer Midlife Beauty sessions (that was a mouthful 😁) is 2 weeks away. This session’s going to be an uplifting session, exploring what we’ve learned about our beliefs around beauty and we’ll be looking at our attitudes to what beauty really means to us now, supporting us to be inspired and empowered as vibrant midlife Queens! This session is a gentle but powerful space to explore the beliefs, values, and narratives we’ve absorbed about beauty over time and how they may be shaping how we see ourselves today.

Together, we’ll begin to:�✨ Unpick outdated or limiting beliefs�✨ Reconnect with your own definition of beauty�✨ Shift into a more compassionate, empowering mindset
This isn’t about rejecting beauty… ots the opposite I’d say….it’s about redefining and embracing it in a way that feels aligned, honest, and uplifting in our midlife.

✨Across two nourishing sessions, we’ll explore what beauty means to us now… and how we can reconnect with it in a way that feels honest, supportive, and our own.
✨ May 6th -Flourishing Beauty (£10)�A gentle space to explore your beliefs, values and mindset around beauty.
✨ May 18th - Summer Radiance Rituals (£25)�With special guest Louisa, founder of
Louisa will be sharing her story and bringing her beautiful, plant-based range to life-designed to support and complement our skin. You’ll be able to experience the products, explore simple rituals to help your skin glow through summer, and enjoy a nourishing, expert-led facial massage.
Places are already beginning to fill, and spaces are intentionally small this month.
