The South East is under an Amber Health Alert until 5pm on Thursday 28th May. Take extra care and check on any relatives or neighbours who are elderly or vulnerable.

Our computers will be going down for an hour from 1pm, due IT maintenance. We will be unable to access patient notes, prescriptions, appointments etc. We should be back up and running at 2pm.

As some of you may already know, we said goodbye to our Health Care Assistant, Zoe, last week. We are very sad to see her go, but we wish her all the very best in her next chapter!

In the meantime, please note that we will not be carrying out non-urgent blood tests at the surgery, and NHS Health Checks are temporarily paused. We will contact eligible patients and send out invitations for the Health Checks as soon as these services resume.

For non-urgent blood tests, please book these at the hospital.

We are currently experiencing technical issues which means we are unable to access our systems entirely. This is a widespread issue and affecting most surgeries in Kent & Medway. Please be patient with us, we will let you know when we are back up and running.
