“ A Myosin protein dragging an endorphin along a filament to the inner part of the brain’s parietal cortex which creates happiness. You’re looking at happiness😊”...

However, almost 3% of people in the UK struggle with depression, mainly related to stress and physical/emotional pain. This can lead to lower levels of endorphins. Endorphins are our ‘feel-good’ chemicals in our body and suppresses pain.

To stimulate endorphins you have to exercise, reduce alcohol consumption, quit smoking and eat healthy.
