Other than PA’s and a better health service as an umbrella improvement needed, in this area are there any specific requirements, assistance or areas you think you would like support for from a new service in the community…

Yes this is some ‘market’ research.. I’m looking to enhance the services I can offer, with a view to operating a service which is accessible, affordable and supports families in the areas of South East Kent, so who better to come to and ask what is needed than you, the community.

Newly formed Nurse led PA Service that specialises in working with people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and challenging behaviour across the lifespan within their communities.

Availability at present due to starting out fresh this week, however slots will be going fast as the interest has been great for services!

I appreciate anyone getting in touch to offer their advice/guidance also.

I have attached two documents I have sent out to prospective families. When getting in touch if you could read these and answer the questionnaire that would be helpful and saves you and I time when communicating your needs.

I look forward to working with as many families as possible in the future.
