*All classes are £10 Per person and for aged 16+ only!

Monday-1815 circuit class
Wednesday-1815 Sparring
Friday-1815 Boxing technical work

1-2-1s are £20 per hour(padwork,bag work & a circuit)
6 rounds of pads £10
*This includes use of gym after your sessions
