IMPORTANT PATIENT UPDATE

Due to the power cut on Wednesday morning, our software and database systems are still unavailable. Unfortunately, this has resulted in some clinicians having to cancel their clinics today.

As we are currently unable to access our software, we kindly ask all patients with appointments scheduled for today to telephone the practice to confirm whether their appointment will still be going ahead.

We are hopeful that our systems will be back up and running by next week and will continue to provide updates via our social media channels.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. For patients whose appointments have been cancelled today, we will contact you to rearrange your appointment as soon as possible.

Carbis Bay Dental Care is looking for friendly and motivated Receptionists to join our team! 💙

We have Full-time and Part-time positions available.

📅 Part-time hours – 32 hours per week (Tuesday - Friday)
📅 Full-time hours - 40 hours per week
(Monday to Friday)

🕗 Working hours: 08:30 – 17:30

Located on the main road of Carbis Bay, our private practice overlooks the most stunning sea views. Patients travel from across Cornwall and beyond to see us, and we’re proud to provide high-standard preventative, cosmetic, and restorative dental care.

If you’re passionate about people and want to be part of a supportive, professional team, we’d love to hear from you!

Dental experience preferred but not essential.

🦷 Meet The Team 🦷

Neil qualified from Cardiff University in 2003 and joined us in 2007, bringing with him a wealth of experience in sedation, oral surgery, restorative dentistry and prosthetics. He later completed an MSc in Restorative & Aesthetic Dentistry and has even shared his expertise as a clinical supervisor at Peninsula Dental School 🤩

With advanced training in occlusion (how we bite), Neil uses his knowledge every day to help patients with jaw problems while creating natural-looking, long-lasting smiles. He takes a tailored, team-based approach to care and has been providing clear aligner orthodontics for nearly a decade, working with systems like Invisalign, Spark and Angel aligners to find the best solution for each patient 🦷

Known for his calm, kind and understanding nature, Neil is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care. He’s not only fantastic with patients but also a valued member of our team, always supporting those around him ☺️

Outside of the practice, Neil enjoys spending time with his family, and when he gets the chance you’ll find him running, cycling or open water swimming 🏃‍♂️🚴‍♂️🌊

Zara qualified in 2020 and brings an impressive 9 years of experience in the dental field. She’s a knowledgeable, dedicated member of our team and has even expanded her skills by completing her impression taking course! 🤩

She takes great pride in delivering high-quality patient care and always goes the extra mile to support both patients and colleagues 💙

Outside the practice, Zara loves all things seaside - from exploring the beautiful Cornish coast with her partner and her handsome dog Wesley, to making special memories with her little girl 🐶🌊
