Our condition specific support groups are here for you. We have groups for COPD, Bronchiectasis and Long Covid.

Don't just take our word for it! When asked in a recent survey if our support group attendees have learned something new about their condition, in the COPD and Bronchiectasis group 100% said yes, and in our Long Covid group 95% agreed!

‘Losing Katy is the hardest thing to ever happen to our family’

Katy was only 12-years-old when she had a sudden, severe asthma attack after coming home from school early. Her mum Tracy was out collecting her other children when her neighbour called to tell her an ambulance had arrived at her house.

Even though she was rushed to hospital immediately, Katy sadly died that afternoon.

Tracy says, ”Katy was a total ray of sunshine – she was the life and soul of our household. I hate to think of anyone else going through what we experienced.”

“This landmark legislation means a smoke free future across the UK and the to***co industry will no longer be able to wreak havoc on the lungs of the next generation.

“The bill also builds on restrictions already in place in Wales concerning where vapes, ci******es, and heated to***co products can be used.

“The next Welsh Government needs to outline how the bill will be implemented. It must make sure existing smokers aren’t left behind by providing essential smoking cessation support, especially in areas of deprivation where smoking rates are the highest.

“Now that this ground breaking bill is finally over the line, we are looking forward to working with new MSs to go further to protect public health and hold the to***co industry to account.”
