She is so excited and happy to come to therapy and she works so hard every session! She is great at communicating to me what feels good or difficult and she also loves an applause👏🏻♥️... and dance rave music 🤣🎶

Love using the vibration plate for hamstring stretching. Long sitting in gaiters and active reaching forwards paired with the high frequency vibrations = improved knee extension and hamstring length immediately ready for standing!

Why I add vibration into my therapy:
✅Reduces spasticity temporarily
✅Improves blood flow
✅Can often improve comfort when stretching tight muscles (pain gate theory)
✅ Strengthens and 'switches' muscles on!
✅ Sensory input and regulation

It's my 3 year anniversary working at the amazing and want to give a massive shout-out to who is a designer genius and has had a huge impact on helping me build my private career!

I'm so lucky to get to do what I love, with clients that I love, in a space that I love!

What do we need for handwriting and cutlery skills?
⭐Ability to cross midline (across our body)
⭐Sufficient upper limb and finger strength
⭐Postural control

Simple, fun activities that work on multiple things at the same time are my favourite! ☑️☑️☑️

This young boy has come so far and always tries his best - when we first met he had difficulty getting up off the floor and now he is completing high level gross motor tasks with ease! 👏
