I got my hands on EarthChamp plant-based protein powder and loved it 🤍 it has 20 grams of quality plant based protein, 5 grams of fibre AND zero gums or added sugar.

So of course, I turned it into these easy no-bake protein energy balls - quick to make, clean ingredients, and perfect for busy days.

RECIPE (makes ~10 balls):

Ingredients:
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 2 scoops EarthChamp plant-based protein powder
• 2 tbsp nut butter (almond or peanut)
• 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2–3 tbsp milk (as needed)
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• Optional add-ins: dark chocolate chips, coconut flakes

Method:
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Roll into bite-sized balls and top with coconut shreds if you like 🥥

High-protein, plant-based, and seriously delicious 💪🌱

Here’s an easy, healthier dessert you can make at home - perfect when you’re craving something sweet without going overboard 🍎✨

1️⃣ Chop 2 apples and sauté them with cinnamon and 2 tbsp brown sugar until soft and caramelized
2️⃣ Soak rice paper in water until soft and translucent
3️⃣ Add the apple filling, roll into a swirl
