You don’t need the newest LED face mask or an LED panel. Light therapy starts by just going outside. ☀️

Green light therapy in particular is often nicknamed ‘ecotherapy’ or ‘forest bathing’ and involves using the green spectrum found in nature to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and improve mood.

While green light therapy is still being studied, scientists believe it works by reducing pain through the body’s natural painkillers and by calming inflammation in the nervous system. It may also help to regulate your body clock (circadian rhythm) which affects your sleep and mood.
