I’ve been a little quiet on here because, behind the scenes, life has been a lot. (I mean when am I very consistent in posting 😂)

I’ve been knee deep in co building a studio, starting up a craft club with my 👯‍♀️, teaching Pilates, raising two wildlings, working at festivals (it was on my vision board 2 years ago to work at a festival) celebrating my oldest being on this planet for 10 whole years, and trying to hold onto having moments with friends and family along the way. Oh and looking for a new house…

Im stopping to take a moment and actually be present for the magic happening right in front of me and be grateful for the life I’ve created.

Because this is the bit I never want to rush through.

The giggles. The adventures. The wild ideas. The conversations that start with “imagine if…” The moments where I look at them and think, how lucky am I that I get to witness this?

A reminder to myself that the things we’re building aren’t just the businesses, the projects, they’re the relationships and memories too. ✨

Sorry a little busy over here, marvelling at moons, crafting away, chasing the sun, farm life with friends, goofing around and finding new cats to adopt!

With the world in turmoil what else can we do but try enjoy life ❤️

A gorgeous weekend to open my favourite season 🌀
1. The most beautiful spring equinox yoga session in Cardiff with .sky
2. Late night clay play under the Pisces moon
3. Experimenting with clay goddesses for an upcoming workshop with
4. A very true equinox spread
5. Finding treasures
6. Our beautiful extra garden blooming
7. Teaching the loveliest beginners Pilates course at this dreamy venue in Pontclun
8. Soaking up the sunshine at Porthcawl
9. I gave up manifesting cause the world knew what I needed

A beautiful walk West Wales walk… fresh air, peace, nature…

Which quickly turned into a stick fight, an eye injury 🙃 Didn’t even make it to 24 hours this time before we were packing up the van and on the way to Cardiff A&E.

And people wonder why someone who hated sport in school became a yoga and Pilates teacher, it’s a full nervous system coping strategy!

Raising boys is not for the faint-hearted. It’s loud, messy, non-stop… and somehow still the best thing ever.

Does it actually get easier, or does your nervous system just get so fried you don’t notice?

Sometimes you wonder how you get back up again.
You lose your footing, your spark, your rhythm.
And then, you take a breath, remember your why and get back up 💛

Because that’s what the women who surround me remind me.
That’s what my kick ass mentors remind me.
And that’s what the men who quietly root for me always believe.

You’ve got this 🖤

Strength isn’t just in the studio. It’s in every time you stand back up.

Grateful for every soul who keeps cheering me on, for every lesson and for the power of starting again (and again).

Womb Magic & Wild Hearts 🌀

Just landed back on Earth after the most beautifully bonkers womb healing immersion with the dreamiest souls in one of my all-time favourite places.

I’ve been drawn to train with them for years, so when I was gifted a space for this immersion, I jumped at the chance… and wow, I’m so glad I did 🖤

It was everything and more — deep, powerful, nourishing work surrounded by women who felt like soul family. I came away not only feeling inspired and grounded, but also having made genuine friendships that I’ll treasure. It’s hard to put into words the kindness of these women ❤️

I didn’t take many photos (I was too immersed in the experience!) but watch this space for what’s to come — I feel new offerings and creations already stirring. 🌕✨

Feeling beyond grateful xx
