🌿 Beginner‑Friendly Healthy Backs Pilates – Fairwater
If you’re new to Pilates, feeling a bit stiff, or just want a gentle way to move more comfortably, this 6‑week class is a lovely place to start. We’ll focus on easing back tension, improving strength, and helping you feel more confident in your body — all at a calm, steady pace.
