After following Dr. Khush Mark PhD Raising 21st century practitioners. for many years I took a very apprehensive jump to study Nutritional Medicine Nutritional medicine & integrative psychological coaching school One Diploma with 3 qualifications - Nutritional Therapist, Psychological Coach and Health Coach.

I applied last minute, it was calling me all that year, I didn’t expect to get beyond the application or interview. (Coaching was needed 😉)

I was 45 at the time, a mum, self-employed, going through a very difficult divorce, going to travel from Cardiff to London. No science background, degree or doctorate it seemed like a step way too big to complete but I just knew I had to do it!

It is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

It has completed my Whole-Person Practice, I have received numerous reviews of helping others ‘Get Well’ since graduating October 2025.

It was the missing piece of my career.

I had a lovely collaborative day with the Great Days Golf Team last week for they’re Women’s Festival 🫶

An unexpected little interview which myself nor that of my fringe finale was prepared for 😅😂 I believe those moments are the best memories and human growth 👌
On a serious note all the Great Days Golf Team were incredibly welcoming, supportive and inspiring inclusive Golf Experts ⛳️
It was an absolute pleasure to share a Nutrition Program Prize im really looking forward to meeting the winner along with new friends & clients from the day 💚✨🍃
