What a wonderful weekend away I have just had; connecting with other women, making new friends, connecting in nature, meeting new energies, friend and foe. I have learned so much, about even more plants, and many aspects of them: physical, medical, spiritual, emotional, magical.
Even more exciting, I have also learned more about myself (which is always very beautiful, although sometimes traumatic too! 😬).
Thank you to the wonderful hosts Kathy Sanderson and Holly. I cannot wait to come back to the land within your magical space, to learn more. x

Back in the days there was dancing around fires, women getting together telling stories, there were red tents, singing and gathering around the person that struggled in some ways. Never let anyone tell you that you are broken. You are not. The world around us is broken and you are doing the best you can to stay sane and grounded.

That's the power of community. That's the power of feeling seen, heard, empowered and inspired. That's the power of storytelling & story-writing while being witnessed and witnessing other Soul Deep Women making meaning while unearthing their true stories.

Today marks the Spring Equinox, the moment when light and dark stand in perfect balance. Our Saxon ancestors celebrated as Eostre’s blessing awakened the land from winter’s slumber. This ancient wisdom still speaks to us, a time of renewal, fertility, and fresh beginnings.

As the Wheel of the Year turns, may your spirit grow as strong as the new shoots pushing through the soil. Honour both light and shadow, for the Green Man stirs in the forest once more. May this season of rebirth bring abundance to your path.
