We are thrilled to announce that The Christie has become the FIRST hospital in the UK to implement VR distraction therapy for children undergoing radiotherapy! 🎮✨

Radiotherapy can be a daunting experience for young patients, and we know that keeping their spirits high is crucial. The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, a specialist cancer centre in Manchester, is the first hospital in the country to use virtual reality as a distraction therapy for children and young people having radiotherapy.
